Associate Director of Learning

Anita designs and leads engaging learning for businesses, charities, public services and schools. She has more than 25 years’ experience in education and specialises in diversity, equity, inclusion, culture and religion.

Outside work: chicken biryani, Taylor Swift and Arundhati Roy.

Youth Director

Alma leads our work with young people. With more than 30 years’ experience in youth work, community engagement and teaching, she creates safe and inclusive spaces where young people can build confidence and resilience.

Outside work: workouts, saunas, music and eating out.
Cassie Bobb

Cassie Bobb

Project Manager

Cassie keeps the Transforming Southall and Hounslow project moving: coordinating people, plans and resources, and helping develop our youth work. She brings eight years of project management experience and qualifications from APM and PRINCE2.

Outside work: exploring restaurants, trying new foods and taking long walks.
Mark Poulson

Mark Poulson

Project Lead

Mark founded The Kings Centre Southall and leads the Transforming Southall and Hounslow project. He has spent 25 years working in ministry and in culturally diverse urban communities, including national work on relationships between faiths.

Outside work: football, film and current affairs.
David Marsden

David Marsden

Administration, Development & Sustainability

David supports the Centre’s day-to-day work and leads fundraising. He brings more than 20 years of management experience in voluntary and social care organisations, including employment training, social enterprise and mental health projects.

Outside work: sharing stories that help build a stronger community.
